Hi Marilyn,
Fred was SO TIRED tonight. I thought he would be really active (since he
was cooped up all day) but I think he was happy to get some quality sleep
and be comfortable! Here is a picture of him in his new bed. :)
I'll send you some more after this of Carson and him sleeping together. He
had a bath after these pictures. :) I wasn't sure if I should challenge him
with anything else today since he already flew for so long by himself today
but he really smelled! I thought he would even sleep better with a bath.
Carson was SO MAD because he wanted to get in with him but we said no...how
funny! So....I gave him his first bath! He did great. Right after he fell
asleep on my chest right in front of the fireplace. And then he fell asleep
with Carson on the couch. :)
THANK YOU SO MUCH, Marilyn. I know you have placed plenty of puppies but I
just want you to know this is the best job you have done so far. I could
tell right after we got to know each other that you were the one. I just
want to let you know that all your hard work really does pay off. I know
how hard you work and how hard this year has been for everyone...so I mean
that from the bottom of my heart! Thank you for all the extra effort you
have put in to decide if Fred was a match as well as letting know come
today. I know it was stressful for you this morning but I really appreciate
you going the extra mile to get him here tonight. We will be in touch with
more pictures tomorrow!
